Emirates Snagging provides professional property snagging and inspection services in Dubai and across the UAE. By booking an inspection, you agree to these terms of service.

2. Inspection Reports

Our inspection reports are prepared by certified engineers and reflect the condition of the property at the time of inspection. Reports are delivered digitally within 24–48 hours of the completed inspection.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

Inspections must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled inspection may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact us to reschedule.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the inspection service. We are not liable for any losses arising from defects not identified during the inspection or from decisions made based on the inspection report.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
